The Reliability Index is a part of the Visinger Score. Our Artificial Intelligence Algorithm considers billions of data points of public information, such as feedbacks, reviews, products, rankings, evolution, history and more to determine how reliable a Seller Account has been in the past (meaning its presence on Amazon) and what is his future prediction of reliability (its presence will be sustained or not). On our last update, the model had an accuracy level of 94%.
You can think of it as a measure of how stable your company has been and how it will probably behave in the future when related to its presence in the marketplace. By presence, we mean performance on feedbacks, reviews, and other publicly available information.
The index varies from 0 (not reliable) to 1000 (very reliable).
